The Tota's comment is politically loaded and aptly catches the present era of un-restfulness among the masses. In a classical model, such unrests have been led by political opponents, revolutionaries, middle-class ideologues. But masses having ran out of patience, have decided not to wait for anyone and act, in whatever form is handy. Many times they are crushed, but there are occasions when they clinch.
Even in India, there are micro and nano revolutions taking place every where against land grabbing, against road accidents, against rapists, against lack of water and electricity.
Unfortunately these do not resolve situations; but the path to that goal will certainly this.
And the wandering birds found that the people were happy that nobody was leading them! But then how long?
