Poetry of the day

Winters` Ship

The light has changed,
turned clear with turning
of winter, like far seas rounding
turn their backs on continents,
and lifetimes.
Streaming into my whole house
like the ship alone voyaging,
this yellow light without heat;
what is left after leaving all else.
A stillness of deep motion;
as if I have died
in the best way to die;
as if I am born
and no one knows of it.

  1. The wish for purposelessness as is the fact; the wish for anonimity as the only self respecting possibility, a wish for tranquil undisturbance. What else is there to wish

    Stillness of deep motion!

    Far seas rounding turn their backs on continents and lifetimes!

    What more?
    end.

  3. In my world it had to happen.There was spring somewhere. Now the light of winter turning suffices. Yellow light streaming through the forest where my friends the tota and myna abide.
    Their silence will be enough; no time now for wondering. No heat needed; a glow is enough.

    Give me rest a stillness of mind is welcome.
